OUR STAFF CANNOT “RESERVE” DIVES FOR ABSENT DIVERS
For clients staying at resorts other than Scuba Adventures Beach Resort, please contact Mary or Suzanne at the Scuba Adventures Dive Camp, in the Tanje Beach Campsite to make arrangements for your dives. (contact numbers below)
Dive planning is done in the Dive Camp at Five O'clock (17.00) every evening.
We will try to be as fair as possible, so that if you dive early on day one, you will have a later dive the following day.
Only those with PRE-BOOKED & PRE- PAID dive packages will be included in the dive - planning.
Casual divers, or those that have not booked and pre-paid packages, will be able to check availability on the boats after dive planning - about Six PM (18.00)
Dive Planning - "Arrival Days"
Please note: As we have no way of ascertaining what time guests arrive in Ponta, due to the delays at the border, dives can be arranged only as guests arrive.
Boats will launch when full. It is not possible to book a specific dive time on these arrival days. You will be accommodated on the first available launch.
Should you want to dive on these days - please go directly to the dive camp, and arrange with Mary.
If you require any Dive Gear, this must be PRE BOOKED & PRE PAID for.
There is limited availability, and equipment is allocated strictly on a first come basis. If you do not pre book your gear you run the risk of there not being equipment available for you at the Camp.
Only persons who have pre-booked and pre-paid for their equipment will have equipment available at the camp.
This is to be collected, and signed for at the Scuba Adventures Dive Camp itself
Please note: a R 300.00 deposit will be required to be paid at the camp prior to collecting your gear.
Please note you are required to present your confirmation vouchers for all services pre-booked, at the resort.
This includes accommodation, meals, dives, gear & fridge rental, and border transfers. Please ensure you take these vouchers with you.
If you do not have them, you may be required to pay for all facilities at the resorts, “up front”, and then claim this back from our booking office on your return., It is also recommended that you complete the indemnity sent to you, and hand that in to reception on arrival. This will save a great deal of time on the check in procedure.
